Our vision at Bring! is to simplify grocery shopping for people around the world. Our Bring! app is used in millions of households to organize daily shopping, discover new delicious recipes and find the best local deals.
We help brands and retailers reach their customers
We help our partners from FMCG and retail to reach out to their existing and future customers. We provide them with the most relevant advertising platform to showcase and promote their products at the right time: during the planning and execution of their household shopping.
- Join and work with us in our next growth phase. As Head of Marketing, you will have the unique opportunity to own all marketing-related topics and work side by side with a team of ambitious, creative marketers and designers. Your main responsibilities are:
- Define and lead a marketing strategy across all existing and potential new marketing channels always keeping our users in mind.
- Using a data-driven approach you will bring our user growth to the next level
- Measuring and analyzing our online performance and implementing your findings in future campaigns.
- Inspire and lead your team in growing and developing their skills
- Stay up to date on the current marketing trends and incorporate innovations into company marketing.
- Apart from Marketing, as a team lead, voice your opinion regarding other matters related to the organization and the business. Especially be active in growth-related matters. Be at the table. Disagree when necessary. Support when necessary.
Requirements
At Bring! we have high ambitions and the vision to change the way our customers communicate with consumers. For this position we are looking for someone with substantial experience in defining and implementing online marketing strategies focusing on growth and performance acquisition. You are the right fit if you have:
- a successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communication with at least 5+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment.
- You are highly analytical, creative and quickly understand the big picture while keeping an eye for detail to ensure flawless quality.
- You have hand-on experience with digital and performance marketing and especially a growth mindset.
- Ideally you have leadership experience, our focus is on growing a developing our people
- You have a holistic understanding of online marketing in relation to the company strategy.
- Business fluent in German and English.
- You are a resident of Switzerland/Germany or qualify for a Swiss/German work permit.
