Main duties
- overseeing Selecta’s real estate portfolio and expanding the value in the market
- identify and implement action to optimize the real estate footprint and reduce related costs
- implement best facility management practices across the group
- build a strong network across the different functions such as HR, Finance, IT, Procurement and Global Marketing as well to external partners to ensure the future workplace needs are met and goals are achieved
- evaluation and data analytics services across the countries
- perform research into market conditions and make recommendations and projections regarding the optimal use of resources
Professional competence
- highly performance oriented and focused on delivering results
- pragmatic and hands-on personality but structured and organized workstyle
- excellent communication and strong negotiation skills
- strong analytical and numerical skills
- English on a professional working proficiency, any additional European language knowledge is an asset
Profile
- minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate
- proven track record in working in cross functional teams
- a recognised certification in a Real Estate environment is an asset
