We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager for our Partnerships team. In this position, you will lead the qualification process of potential new strategic partners, identify lane opportunities and prepare lease agreements.
Tasks
- Lead the qualification process of potential new strategic partners (Freight Forwarders, Airlines and Ground Handling Agents)
- Identify lane opportunities and regions of interest
- Prepare lease agreements in collaboration with the internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Operation, Pricing, Key Account Management and other if needed)
- Negotiate rate and service level agreement with the strategic partners
- Maintain and grow the business relationship with the partners globally
- Prepare SOPs, handling instructions and manuals to support the new partners implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or business administration
- Minimum 5 years’ of experience in an airfreight logistics role
- Very good understanding of airfreight pharma supply chain
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English, any other language is an asset
- 30% Travelling availability
