The Role

Our office is located in Lausanne, however remote working options are available for candidates across Switzerland

Our Payroll team is expanding to support the growing needs of our people and business. You will play an integral role in helping us to build a strong global payroll function in order to support our employees from all markets with a special focus on Switzerland.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as be a strong contributor within our internal payroll team and with stakeholders. Interpersonal skills, tech savvy and the proven ability to work accurately with tight deadlines and a strong focus on results are a must.


Key responsibilities

  • Manage sickness and accidents loss of income indemnities, coordinating with People Team, and external insurances
  • Support on requests related to social insurances such as AVS, family allowances, accident insurance, sickness insurance, military insurance as well as maternity/paternity insurance
  • Coordinate tax at source and AVS monthly statements
  • Support and coordinate the establishment of annual insurances statements
  • Learn and help on payroll processing and salary payments
  • Constantly seek out ways to improve systems and processes (tech savvy)
  • Address areas for improvement through process redesigning and testing
  • Use your ideas to learn, have fun and run your own projects!

Requirements

  • 1-2 years payroll or admin experience
  • Technology savvy and curious professional
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize
  • Ability to work under pressure under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Good analytical skills with high level of accuracy and attention to details
  • A team player who is able to collaborate across the wider business
  • Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality at all times
  • Proficiency in English, good knowledge of French or German would be an asset.
