We are looking for a Product Manager (m/w/f) for our growing organisation. In this position, you will report directly to our Sr. Strategy Manager. This role is highly entrepreneurial and provides broad ownership and involvement in a wide range of interesting projects.

Tasks

• Understand major personas in the market area and the key Critical User Journeys (CUJs) SkyCell needs to manage
• Identify significant opportunities in a fragmented market area and build consensus around roadmaps
• Decide on high-level business metrics
• Function as the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
• Identify significant product, organizational, and process opportunities and drive them to fruition without explicit direction and resourcing.
• Create business cases based on internal and external stakeholder input
• Incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps
• Execute on a series of successful launches alongside cross-functional, cross-partners (Operations, Sales, Ramp;D, Strategy, Legal, Marketing, etc.)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology, a master’s degree is an advantage
• 5 years’ experience in product management within the software industry
• SaaS and/or Cloud experience, experience from supply chain analytics (SCA) is an advantage but not a requirement
• Display strong leadership, organizational and execution skills across the entire organization.
• Ability to become a trusted advisor by demonstrating and articulating value towards internal and external stakeholders
