Responsibilities
- Optimise, monitor, and improve our internal Corp IT
- Help to plan an office move, which includes setting up meeting rooms, office Wi-Fi, desk setups, etc.
- Be part of the support, build and innovation of our operational solutions for the business
- Collect and process requests from internal customers and take on responsibility within the day-to-day office IT support
- Improve and streamline the onboarding process for new starters, including the provisioning of laptops and mobile phones
- Be a central person of contact for all work colleagues in IT processes, e.g. onboarding, setting up, maintaining the relationship and offboarding
- Organize weekly briefings for updates on internal and external projects in Corp IT
- Take on 1st Line of Defense responsibilities and join the team in defining and performing monitoring tasks
- Dedication to ensure support till the resolution of the issue
- You will be the go-to person in the office for all the general IT supports issues, but also work with the DevOps team to help with other infra related tasks
- Help us on our journey to modernize the crypto space and our office environment, by coming up with new initiatives and ideas to improve current setups
Requirements
- Desire to work in an inspiring, dynamic, and rapidly growing group
- You have several years of experience in support, using Microsoft technologies, including O365
- You are innovative, willing to learn, motivated, flexible and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment
- You like to understand office tools like O365 and MS Teams in detail and find joy in training and supporting colleagues in the proper usage of day-to-day office tools
- You are motivated to work on your own, but you know that collaboration and communication will ensure your team will succeed
- You are generally comfortable with an 80-100% English language working environment
- You are sociable and able to communicate with people on all levels amp; pride yourself on customer support
- You have a passion for technology and have an interest in cloud and infrastructure
