Seervision is an ETH start-up, building a complete technology stack that simplifies and scales live video production. Our solution enables cameras to identify and track a person’s movements, autonomously adapting focus, zoom and framing to produce the ideal shot. Our technology is revolutionizing video production for stage, studio and sports events, helping clients deliver consistent high-quality results at significantly lower costs.
We are looking for an excellent Computer Vision Intern starting in February 2022 to help us design, develop and deploy transformative AI-powered products to our clients. In this role, you will be working together with other engineers to enhance and augment our state-of-the-art perception stack at the intersection of computer vision and robotics. Among others, you will contribute to technological innovation in the areas of skeletal pose prediction and motion estimation from a monocular camera.
Responsibilities
- Prototype, implement and test state-of-the art approaches in real-time 3D pose estimation, multi-object tracking and person re-identification
- Implement and provide best-practices for maintainable ML development, including deployment process, documentation, and adherence to and improvement of coding standards
- Continuously learn new applications and apply learnings to new challenges
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's (rising senior), Masters, or Ph.D. with a focus on Machine Learning or Computer Vision
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong willingness to learn from teammates
- Familiarity with Python + ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras, sci-kit-learn)
- Available for 6 months, starting February 2022
