The Business Team in Zurich is looking for an open-minded and collaborative Digital Marketing Specialist who connects strategic goals with relevant content and sparks interest and engagement among our target groups to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Ginetta, you will:
- Lead the digital marketing strategy for Ginetta in coordination with the Business unit from concept to delivery
- Develop a seamless user journey through digital platforms driving brand awareness and engagement
- Implement all digital marketing aspects, publish day-to-day content on digital channels and support digital tools (social media and community management tool, analytics tool, reporting tool)
- Produce marketing material and digital content working closely with Communications and differentiate for various online channels
- Elaborate new possibilities of lead generation as well as lead nurturing to support the Business unit
- Monitor your online activities and combine relevant data, metrics and KPIs in a meaningful way to make your digital content measurable and generate actionable insights and recommendations
The employment level is 60-80%
Requirements
You are a curious individual who likes to write and share, like and comment, and connect and engage with people. You look at marketing from a customer’s point of view and strategically plan, create and distribute relevant and targeted content. The successful candidate for this role has:
- 3-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing in a B2B environment, preferably in an agency
- A University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other education that helped you become a great digital marketer
- Relevant post-degree trainings desirable
- Proven record in creating and delivering digital multi-channel campaigns along the customer funnel for new customer acquisition/retention with specific conversion targets
- Business skills in developing and executing marketing analytics and data tracking tools as well as reporting tools
- High digital affinity and social media experience
