The Role

To fill this challenging position, we are looking for an enthusiastic self-starting Sales Professional with very good knowledge of the financial industry, or with experience in selling Software as a Service platform (SaaS), that enjoys working in a highly professional team within a challenging and growing market space. You like to become part of a modern company, and you appreciate the opportunity to contribute an important part to further develop the Swiss market in a complex and demanding industry.

You will be responsible to develop and execute your go to market strategy and represent Unblu to customers and prospects. Furthermore, you will sell directly and indirectly via partners to existing customers and acquire new customers in the financial Industry. This is a hybrid role of farming and hunting, targeting the small and mid sized financial institutions in Switzerland. Your existing network, empathic personality, endurance, and ability to learn fast, will build the base for the rapid and sustainable growth of your customer base and revenue stream.


  • Build and manage a sustainable and growing opportunity pipeline
  • Develop up- and cross-selling initiatives for your customer base
  • Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing; both for new business and installed base business
  • Give input to possible new partners and support the onboarding process
  • Review, manage and escalate requests and issues to resolution. Act as an advocate within Unblu to ensure customer requests and issues are addressed in a timely manner
  • Represent Unblu at meetings, events and webinars


  • Having at least 2 years of success in selling SaaS or worked successfully in the financial industry as sales or in a similar position
  • Proven track record in quota achievement
  • Basic understanding of Web technologies and the setup of digital channels
  • Experience in demoing a system and/or excellent knowledge of the MSFT office platform
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English. Any additional language is a plus
  • Excellent communicator in writing and verbal
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Experience in prospecting, client consultation, problem-solving, closing and maintaining multiple client accounts
  • Self-motivated, work independent
  • Ready to travel
