Job descriptions

As a Customer Success Manager at Acodis, you will work with our existing enterprise customers. You support the customer onboarding journey and facilitate their experience to maximize customer lifetime value. With your help, they will launch Acodis successfully, adopt it widely, and continually drive business value with the platform. Over time, you will build up trustful, strategic relationships that contribute to our fast-growing business. Being a good networker, you can grow and expand the Acodis footprint within organizations. You are the main point of contact for all commercial topics and align closely with our support in order to have happy and profitable customers.

Requirements

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the customer from a relationship perspective
  • Be responsible for all commercial perspectives incl. cross- and upsell
  • Establish Customer Support Practices aligned with our support team
  • Provide basic Product Support from a user point of view
  • Be responsible for the transition of a customer from sales to a productive environment

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of expertise in Customer Success Organizations of a SaaS company in DACH
  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills
  • Talent for building empathetic relationships
  • Structured and at the same time pragmatic way of working
  • Strong ability and interest in problem-solving and analytical work
  • The courage and creativity to find new ways of generating business
  • Open, motivated personality with a positive mindset and hands-on mentality
  • Proficient communication skills in English and German are a must.
