To reinforce our team of experts Test Management in Bern, we are hiring a:
Senior Test Manager
If you are passionate about the testing area, constantly learning and improving your skills, then you are exactly the kind of person we are looking for! You will be part of the German speaking team and contribute to our office which is located in Zürich.
As a Senior test Manager your role will be to work in an environment with various IT applications, which were developed as individual software and are constantly being further developed. To ensure the quality of the applications, further developments must be carefully tested. Your role will be to ensure adjustments to improve data quality in the system and in evaluations as well as technical adjustments are implemented.

your required skills (must-haves):
- ISTQB "Certified Software Tester" certificate Foundation Level or higher OR an equivalent certificate (incl. a proof that it is equivalent)
- At least 3 years of experience in the software quality testing
- You have in-depth experience in designing test scenarios, recording of test cases in the corresponding tools, planning and execution of tests on the different environments, creation of test protocols (reference projects needed)
- in-depth experience with the following test tools: Jira amp; Enterprise Tester
- in-depth experience with the following programming language is a plus: C#
- IREB certificate "CPRE Foundation Level" or higher or an equivalent certificate.
- Very good oral and written language skills level C1 in German or French, as well as good knowledge language level A2in the other language.
- Good oral and written language skills (language level B1) in English
