Trust Manager
Kaiser Partner, Switzerland

• Deputy and support for the appointed team head, in particular providing risk management coverage in conjunction with the team head
• Taking over the responsibility for the day-to-day management of complex structures in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The candidate would ideally have a good knowledge of Liechtenstein-specific vehicles and of the Liechtenstein legal and regulatory framework.
• Draft day-to-day communications, resolutions, simple legal documents, memorandums and other necessary documents in German and English
• Manage dossiers as well as electronic client and company data
• Collaborate in internal and client-related projects

Requirements

• Legal background preferred and ideally STEP qualification (TEP) or similar
• Several years of work experience in the international trust and fiduciary business
• Fluent in English and German, other Languages are an advantage
• Dynamic, open-minded, and entrepreneurial personality who approaches new challenges with motivation and takes responsibility
• Trustworthy and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
