What to expect

We are looking for a passionate and hungry Customer Support Intern. You will be part of our ambitious and dynamic Customer Service Team that is highly motivated to create an impact.

As a Customer Support Intern, you have the unique opportunity to contribute and play a critical part in the successful growth of our company. Your work will be instrumental to the Customer Service Team’s key objectives of maximising adoption of our innovative products and building solid foundations to service a growing number of end-users.

Your areas of responsibility include:

60% - Maintain our customer facing digital self-help guide / wiki

  • Coordinate with Customer Service Team to update the self-help guide content for each release (once per month)
  • Coordinate with Customer Services Team to keep the content aligned with the end-users’ needs
  • Strive to know all our commercial products inside out and keep up to date with new features development
  • Keep self-help page settings up to date to ensure correct end-users content distribution
  • Identify and suggest content and content management improvements

20% - Contribute to active end-users’ communication efforts

  • Help development useful content for active end-users such as training guides and video explanations
  • Help maintain existing content by coordinating with Customer Service Team

20% - Contribute to everyday Customer Support activities

  • Promptly triage customer support requests
  • Resolve support requests following established procedure

Requirements

Education amp; Experience - What you'll bring

Essential

  • Bachelor's degree in social sciences or other relevant fields
  • Web Proficiency
  • Computer Literacy (Google Suite, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in English

Advantageous

Experience in:

  • web content management and / or SEO
  • customer support / service
  • creation and maintenance of guidelines and procedures
  • using collaboration and CRM tools such as Asana or Hubspot
  • video editing

  • You are customer service orientated and have the customers interest at heart
  • You are a team player and enjoy collaborating with others

This position can be fully remote with a working location, anywhere in a CET-compatible time zone.
