We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales, Marketing and Business Development with a proven track record of selling B2B enterprise software to help us accelerating the growth of our group.
Your target market will be international and composed of large to very-large organizations spanning different industries.
Your primary focus will be to drive revenue by actively seeking out new business opportunities and nurturing them from lead to closing. You will be doing this primarily through outbound activity and by collaborating with the partner network.
Your responsibilities will comprise:
- Sales amp; Marketing, strategy amp; business development, cost control, management amp; organization
- Driving and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Effectively orchestrating internal or external resources to support the sales cycle
- Developing the yearly marketing and sales activity plan
- Producing accurate forecast on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role:
- Has not less than 7 years of experience of sales in B2B software, enterprise content/information management is a plus, having experience in selling OpenText products will be considered a major advantage.
- Is comfortable with complex and long sales cycles
- Has a proven experience of successful pro-active lead generation and team quota attainment
- Has spent a significant portion of their career working with international clients
- Has a consultative sales approach
- Has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Is fluent and proficient in English (ideally C1 or mother tongue). French or German are considered a plus
- Will be willing to travel when permissible
