Batgroup was created in order to reinforce our primary mission: the fight against Black Market and making sure that the cleaning industry workers have the coverage and insurance that they should benefit from. Within the Batgroup we have a variety of identities that we provide, allowing a large assortment of services from booking a cleaning through Batmaid, to hiring their house cleaning employee through Batsoft.

For this reason, we’re now looking for a Business Development Associate (Ticino) to join our Team at our Office in Lugano, Ticino (Switzerland).


Requirements

Tasks:

  • Build, develop and lead a team of smart and passionate people towards building Batmaid as the home cleaning services leader in Lugano, Ticino.
  • Set the mission and strategy with your team and oversee the results-driven execution in your market.
  • Provide business reports to the HQ on a weekly basis and work hand-in-hand with them to define the strategy for Ticino
  • Work cross-functionally with the HQ Marketing team to initiate creative local marketing strategies, growth campaigns and market brand awareness.
  • Build the business and act as the office manager.

External Recruitment:

  • Screening the applications of potential new cleaning agents
  • Interviewing candidates to qualify them up to the Batmaid standards
  • Hiring and onboarding of qualified of cleaning agents
  • Agent retention and management during lifecycle within the company.

Customer Experience:

  • Supporting customers in their daily requests and needs
  • Managing and proposing the best solution that suits their requests and needs
  • Responsible for ensuring the excellence of our day-to-day operations
  • Customer retention and satisfaction during the client lifecycle within the company.

Weapons:

  • Up to 3 years of professional experience in relevant or similar roles, ideally within customer experience or sales.
  • Quick learner and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • At ease with working independently and autonomously.
  • Strong ability to liaise with different stakeholders.
  • Fluent Italian and English is a must.
  • Motivation and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and stakeholders.
  • Solid business acumen, including budgeting cycles, accounting, business roadmaps and KPI monitoring is a plus.
