Experienced, bilingual (Italian, English), extremely flexible and highly motivated individual with a valid international drivinglicence with proven experience in managing catering and sleeping accommodation establishments. Previous senior experience in managing staff, creating rosters, setting service standards and assuring training and adherence to high silver service standards.
- Full-time (5 days a week) with significant weekend work and anti-social hours.
- Managing a Company guest entertainment complex to host infrequent small but upscale Company events.
- In between ensuring efficient household management to an impeccable standard.
- Some travel to supervise other household locations in Milan, Villars-sur-Ollon (a village in the western Swiss Vaud Alps), Isle of Wight and London.
Tasks
Household management (Lugano) management of house staff of 3 full-time employees for gardening, cooking, cleaning, laundry, changing bed linen, shopping for food and other supplies, valeting cars and miscellaneous local support. Guest welcome and refreshments catering events and local management. Managing subcontracted catering suppliers.
Administration liaising with the local administrative assistant to ensure adherence to company procurement policies.

- Experience working in a similar role for at least 5 years
- Available to work in the schedule described
- Available to travel
- Italian - English speaker
- Clean driving license
- Availability to start as soon as possible
