Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support the ICT Technical Solutions Manager on the daily tasks
Understanding business objectives and requirements and determining the appropriate telecom solutions; Maintain the relation with Telecom partners; Support the writing of documents in technical and business terms, including descriptions and drawings or maps as appropriate; Liaising with the ICT Technical Solutions Manager and Telecom partner to ensure the most suitable project and technical resources are allocated to projects, while respecting delivery timelines; Working on continuous service improvement by flagging recurring issues and identifying and addressing root causes; Managing the definition and subsequent review of appropriate metrics and key performance indicators and identifying and reporting trends to ensure the continuous improvement of a high-quality service. Helping to improve the standard of technical operations and competencies within the technical teams;Plan and follow the setup and the dismantling of all venues. Coordinate all the Telecom providers during the operational phase in coordination with all ICT service owners.Requirements
- 4 years’ experience in developing a Telecom Infrastructure domain supporting services.
- Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent work experience.
- Telecom certification (e.g., CCNP Routing and Switching) is a plus.
- Operational experiences to play a role of service owner at the ICT Command Centre.
- Strong familiarity with Networking, IP transport and radio.
- Previous successful delivery to SLA based service constraints and standard operational metrics.
- Excellent collaborative, communication, agility and customer engagement skills.
- Proven organization, project management, problem solving, and analytical experience. French / Advanced and English / Proficient Business (spoken and written), any other language a plus.
- Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months.
