About Digital amp; Account Based Marketing Manager

The Digital amp; Account Based Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the strategy and implementation of Account Based Marketing campaigns and tactics to drive pipeline and business success.

Tasks:

  • Develop market models including market segmentation and target customers.
  • Execute primary market research and consolidate secondary market research to ensure consistent amp; quantified understanding of our customers, segments, and markets.
  • Plan, develop, and execute account-based marketing campaigns. Determine the most effective marketing messages and channels.
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Directors amp; Revenue Operations Manager to ensure appropriate lead management integration in Salesforce.
  • Define, plan, and execute measurable marketing campaigns aligned to strategic business imperatives.
  • Manage customer engagement strategies to support and improve the current activities (congress, webinars, emails, social media, lead integration to Salesforce, etc.)
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
  • Build Distalmotion’s digital marketing strategy to support the business goals and strategy.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing activities and campaigns against KPIs.
  • In collaboration with downstream product marketing, plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO, website, email, social media, and advertising campaigns.
  • Manage Distalmotion’s online presence, including execution of thought leadership, brand awareness, and congress communication.
  • Be the internal communication expert, providing advice and guidance on content, format, and channels. Ensure consistency and alignment of external communications and campaigns across stakeholders.
  • Manage external agencies supporting with media, creative design, and communications.

Required abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree required. MBA or advanced degree is desirable.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Digital and/or Account Based Marketing in medical devices/pharmaceuticals.
  • Experience with CRM (salesforce.com is a plus), google analytics, tableau, SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, google analytics.
  • Experience with market research, analytics, amp; competitive monitoring.
  • Strong Project Management skills.
  • Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
  • Self-starter with ability to take leadership in an unstructured environment.
  • Superior verbal/written communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to work across multiple constituents.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written). French or German would be a plus.
